Senior Director of Plant Operations

Manage and direct all plant engineering maintenance, bio-medical engineering, and facility functions of King’s Daughters’ Health, including but not, limited to planning, design, construction, alteration, operation, housekeeping, maintenance, security and management of facilities, equipment and grounds.  Develop operating and capital budgets in coordination with the mission statement and needs of the organization.

Bachelor degree from an accredited school in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent education and experience.  Sufficient previous responsible experience in facilities management and engineering, including supervisory experience.  Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, local standards and codes, and requirements of regulatory and accreditation agencies; standard operating procedures of plant operation, budget development, control and direction, personnel management, work standards for skilled personnel.
