Send your technicians to “Critical Power Infrastructure Technical Training” on October 23rd.
ISHE members can send their technicians to this training for free. This will be hands-on training on emergency power equipment in a fully functional live demo room.
Due to space constraints, registration is limited to healthcare facility (e.g. hospital) technicians at this time.
This training will cover the following :
- Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS)
- Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS)
- NEC and NFPA Codes / Life Safety / Joint Commission / Arc Flash
This training will allow everyone to physically operate the equipment, understand the concepts and how the devices work, and ask in-depth and detailed questions to better understand the systems and equipment for which they are responsible.
ISHE has made an application for CECs for this training. More information will follow when it is available.

Our presenter is Phillip Kegerreis – Senior Field Sales Engineer for CM Buck & Associates, Inc. Power Division. Phil has been in the critical power industry since starting with CM Buck in 2005. He leads the power division in the application of emergency and critical power components used in hospitals, data centers, and many other critical facilities around the country. Phillip is a graduate of IUPUI, Purdue School of Engineering and Technology with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering Technology. He obtained a power quality professional certification from ACEC and continues learning in his field.
