Our goal is to have sponsorships available to vendors who were involved in the design, construction, or have equipment in one or both of the hospitals.
The sponsorship will help pay for the cost of the event along with making a donation to both hospitals. The donations will also go towards helping the local chapter of the ASHE scholarship fund to educate future facility engineers in the healthcare industry.
9 a.m. to 2 p.m. August 5th
Community Service Project
ASHE has a goal of not only servicing the health care industry, but also the community which they are located in.
The Sponsorship:
- Company logo at the event
- Company logo on website associated with the event
- Provide box lunch for the participants
3 p.m. to 7 p.m. August 5th
Hospital Tour & Welcoming Reception
We will have buses going back and forth from the convention center area to the front door of each hospital. Once you have toured the first hospital, you can cross through the tent to get to the other hospital. In the tent you will find a beer and wine bar, hors d’oeuvres, and a jazz quartet.
Also in the tent, sponsors will have space available along the walls for displaying a pop up/back drop. The sponsor should provide the pop up / back drop as well as personnel to help answer any questions regarding their company or relation to the hospital. In addition, sponsors in the tent will have stand up tables and drink tickets to pass out at their own discretion.
Sponsors should also plan to have company personnel inside the hospitals. They will be stationed next to the equipment that they have supplied to the hospitals. The personnel will then be available to answer questions and pass out marketing material of their choosing.
7 p.m. to 9 p.m. August 5th
ASHE Board of Directors Dinner
The dinner is for the ASHE Board of Directors only. The board consists of ASHE members from all across the U.S.
Sponsorship include signages in the dining area. The ASHE Board of Directors dinner is being held on the roof of the Eskenazi Hospital which is called Skyfarm. The Skyfarm is where they grow vegetables that are used within the hospital kitchen.

Sponsorship include signages in the dining area. The ASHE Board of Directors dinner is being held on the roof of the Eskenazi Health Outpatient Care Center, which is called The Sky Farm at Eskenazi Health. The Sky Farm is where they grow vegetables that are used within the hospital kitchen.
