Job Opportunities Director of Facility Management St. Elizabeth's Hospital is located in Belleville, Illinois; an IL suburb of St. Louis, Missouri. Job Purpose: Plans, directs and coordinates all building and property management, construction/renovation, boiler room and power plant, and maintenance activities to ensure utilities, buildings, renovation/new construction and equipment are maintained on a daily basis to provide effective property management and federal, state, local compliance of all hospital land/buildings within the surrounding communities as well as on campus. Education/experience/training/licensure/accreditation: Bachelor's degree in Health Service Management, Engineering or related degree required, 5-10 years hospital facility management experience required.
