Steam Generators Help Hospitals Save Money, Conserve Energy

St. John Detroit Riverview Hospital and Mount Clemens Regional Medical Center are not only close in proximity, but also shared a similar challenge: how to reduce operating costs. Both facilities ran on old gas-fired boiler systems that were neither energy efficient, nor cost effective. The solution: replacement with steam generators. In both cases, the new units had several advantages over conventional boilers.
