Prefabrication Techniques Used at Miami Valley Hospital
In an industry that is traditionally reluctant to change, Skanska superintendent, Marty Corrado, decided it was time to reexamine the way we construct buildings. Marty first heard about prefabrication through discussions of how it was being used by Skanska in the UK. After learning all he could about the process he was convinced the Miami Valley Hospital Southeast Addition project would be a great application for this process.
