In this role, she oversees project design, development and execution while providing strategic planning, needs assessment and project planning services to client organizations. Since joining Johnson Controls in 2006, she also served as a Program Manager for the Systems Marketing team.

Randy is an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and a NIAHO Survey Team Leader.
